- Add the pitted dates to the food processor and pulse until they become like this.

- When the dates are ready add the blueberries. vanilla, cacao, salt and nutritional yeast. Pulse until combined.

- Add the chocolate and pulse until combined.

- When it looks like this, transfer the dough to a mixing bowl and knead it by hand until it becomes smooth enough to roll.

- When it looks like this it's ready to roll, roll 16 balls around 27g a piece if you like your balls to look extra delish, this is also a good way to teach kids to measure on a scale and to read numbers.

- Serve with Tea or Raw milk and remember to Enjoy!

Notes
These balls can stored in a mason jar in the fridge for weeks, if they last that long. In our house they are usually gone before that jar ever enters the fridge!
