Ice Cream

Our favorite ice cream right now is this amazing gelato with strawberries, blueberries, vanilla, and chocolate chunks—it’s absolutely delicious in both texture and flavor, a real late-summer treat… I make this ice cream in an ice cream maker, and it’s not suitable for anything else. I’ll probably share a recipe for ice cream without a turbine at some point, but for now, I’m sharing this one…
