Maison Frost Shop Terms and Conditions

Our personalized products, which are made to order, cannot be returned. The same applies to secondhand products. (We are not a professional retailer, but a family selling items in our spare time.)

So when you place an order in our store, it is a pre-order (unless we have excess stock in a batch or the item is on sale).

All pre-orders are made-to-order by Belle. Once all your products have been carefully formulated and packaged, you’ll receive an update in your customer portal and via email with shipping information from UPS.

If you've ordered soap bars, be sure to let them cure. The curing date is handwritten on your soap if it needs more time to cure when it's shipped.

Orders are shipped once all items have been produced and picked up, and not before.

MINIMUM ORDER: 50€

Since we operate on a small scale, we cannot accept online orders under 50 euros, excluding shipping, as these orders are simply too expensive for us to process. When you place an order, we pay 2-6% of the transaction amount to the payment provider, and we pay an additional 3–6 euros on top of the shipping fee you selected to ship your order. This makes it impossible for us to process orders under 50€. If an order is under 50 euros, it will automatically be rejected at checkout, and your shopping cart simply won’t go through.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS (Made-to-Order Products)

We do not offer refunds or returns for handmade products made to order. (We are not a professional retailer, but a family selling items in our spare time.)
